Profile cards
Every hero has a profile card. Open one by tapping a player's name on the leaderboard, in global or guild chat, on the PvP board, or in Guilds → Members. Tap your own row on the leaderboard to see yours.
A card shows the hero's name and name tag, overall rank, guild, season rank and past seasons, headline stats such as Power, kills and boss kills, board ranks, zone and Nightmare status, damage and health, and duel record. Press View Hero to see the 3D hero with their gear and pets.
Frames
Your card sits in a frame. Everyone starts with Blacksteel.

- Limited frames are sold in the Store under Limited Cosmetics while stock lasts. Each one is numbered, and the Store shows how many editions are left.
- Equip a frame you own from the Store.
- The limited frames and Prism Halo add a bonus while equipped. Blacksteel adds none. The Store shows what each frame adds.
Reporting a profile
Open the ••• menu on a card and choose Report profile. Pick a reason: Offensive name, Cheating or botting, Harassment, Scam or spam links, Impersonation, or Inappropriate bio. Only the team sees reports, and the player is never told who reported them.
Chat: report and block
- Tap the ••• next to a message to report it (Harassment or hate, Scam or spam links, or Inappropriate content) or to block its sender.
- You cannot delete or edit a message after you send it.
- A blocked player's messages disappear from your chat. They are never told you blocked them.
- To unblock someone, open Blocked players at the bottom of the chat.
- Reports are private.
Deleting your account
You can ask the team to delete your account.
- Choose Delete account next to Log Out. On a phone, open More and choose Delete account.
- Withdraw your $AFKHERO and SOL first.
- The team completes every request within 30 days, and you can cancel your request until then.
- When a request is completed, your hero, items, name and chat messages are removed, you leave your guild, and the account can no longer be used to sign in.
