Terms of Service
AFK Heroes is an idle play-to-earn RPG on Solana. By connecting a wallet and playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not play.
The short version. Play the game yourself, on one account, without scripts, and don't use the market or any other feature to move value around or to cash out an exploit. Almost everything below is a longer way of saying that.
We may change these terms as the game changes. The date at the top of this page is the last change. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Who can play
- You are responsible for knowing whether playing a game with crypto rewards is lawful where you live. If it isn't, don't play.
- Some features are restricted by country where we're required to restrict them — Powerball is geo-blocked in some jurisdictions, and the block is enforced on the server.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.
Your account & wallet
- One account per person. This is the single most enforced rule in the game — see below.
- Your wallet is yours. You hold the keys; we can't recover them and we can't move your funds. We authenticate you by a wallet signature and we will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is trying to rob you.
- Don't buy, sell, rent or share accounts. An account is tied to the wallet that created it.
- A linked X or Discord identity can only ever back one game account. Unlinking does not release it.
What gets you banned
These are not hypotheticals — every item here reflects behaviour we have actually acted on.
Automation and third-party tools
- Bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, or any tool that plays, farms or claims for you.
- Modified clients, and calling the game's API directly or from anything other than the game.
- Automating quests, chests, the market, or claims at a rate or regularity a person could not produce.
Multiple accounts
- Running more than one account, whatever the reason — including alts, farms, and accounts run for you by someone else.
- Using multiple accounts to feed one main account gold, items, tokens or referral credit.
- Creating accounts to claim the same reward, airdrop, quest or referral bonus more than once.
Moving value between accounts
- Wash trading. Buying and selling with yourself or with a partner to move tokens, launder an exploit, or manufacture volume.
- Using the marketplace, guild vault, mailbox, trades or gifts as a transfer service rather than to trade — for example listing an item far above or below its value so a specific buyer takes it.
- Selling in-game assets or currency for real money outside the game.
Exploits and attacks
- Using a bug that gives you gold, tokens, items, XP or rewards you were not meant to have. If you find one, stop and report it — using it repeatedly is the part that gets accounts banned.
- Flooding, scraping or attacking the service, the wallet endpoints, or the login.
- Trying to bypass rate limits, geo restrictions, the free-tier limits, or any anti-fraud control.
Quests and community
- Submitting a social quest link that is not your own post, or faking proof of a task.
- Harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams or impersonating staff in chat or on our Discord.
- Nobody on the team will ever DM you first asking for funds, a seed phrase or a wallet signature.
Reporting & blocking
- Tap ••• on any chat message to report it or to block its sender. You can also report a player from their profile card.
- Reports go to the team only, and the team reviews them. The player is never told who reported them.
- Blocking hides that player's messages from your chat, and they are not told. Unblock them at any time from Blocked players at the bottom of the chat.
What we can do
Depending on what happened and how sure we are, we may:
- Freeze earning on an account while we look at it — reversible, and nothing is lost while it is frozen.
- Hold withdrawals pending review.
- Remove or reverse gold, items or tokens obtained through prohibited activity, including from accounts that received them afterwards.
- Ban the account, or restrict chat only.
- Restrict an IP address where an attack or a farm is coming from it.
We aim to freeze rather than ban while something is still being checked, because a freeze can be undone and a player loses nothing while it lasts. We do get this wrong sometimes; that is what appeals are for.
Rewards & the economy
- Rewards come from a shared pool. Rates, prices, drop rates and caps are tuned as the economy needs and can change without notice.
- $AFKHERO has no guaranteed value. Its price can go to zero. Never play with money you cannot lose.
- Seasons reset. What carries over and what is wiped is described in the game's documentation before each reset.
- Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse a withdrawal, and we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
- The game is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may take it down for maintenance.
Appeals
If your account was penalised and you think it was wrong, say so — we would rather find out.
- Open a support ticket in the game (the chat panel has a Support tab), or
- Reach us on Discord.
Tell us your wallet address and what you were doing. Detection is automated in places and automated detection makes mistakes; several past penalties were reversed after a player asked.
