What we collect

Your wallet address. It is your identity here and it appears in your account, deposits, withdrawals, purchases and support tickets.
Your IP address, at signup and in security and rate-limit logs.
Browser and device signals — user agent and a device fingerprint — used to tell accounts apart.
Your linked X and Discord identity (username and the provider's account id) if you choose to link them.
Your in-game activity — progress, purchases, market trades, quests, chat messages and support tickets.
On-chain relationships between wallets. Public blockchain activity is analysed to spot funding chains between accounts.

To run the game and pay out rewards.
To detect multiple accounts, automation, wash trading and fraud — this is the main reason the device, IP and wallet-chain signals exist.
To rate-limit and to keep the service up.
To answer support tickets.

No email address and no legal name. We never ask for either.
No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. The game ships none.
No seed phrase or private key, ever, by anyone on the team.

Public in-game. Your hero name, guild and leaderboard position are visible to other players.
Our Discord feeds. Notable sales and events are posted with your in-game name — or, if you have not set one, a shortened wallet address (first four and last four characters). Your full wallet is not posted.
The blockchain. Deposits and withdrawals are public by nature and are permanently visible to anyone.
Infrastructure providers that host and serve the game (database, edge network, hosting) process this data on our behalf.
One badge image on our home page is loaded from playtoearn.com, which means their server sees the IP of visitors to that page.
We do not sell your data.

You can unlink X or Discord at any time in Rewards → Earning Boost.
Security, anti-fraud and financial records are kept for as long as they are needed for those purposes — an unlinked identity stays reserved to your account so it cannot be reused to create a second one.
On-chain records cannot be deleted by us or by anyone.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time: see Deleting your account below.
For any other question about your data, ask the team on Discord.

How to ask. In the game, choose Delete account next to Log Out (on a phone: More → Delete account) and type DELETE to confirm. If you can no longer sign in, ask on Discord.
When. The team reviews every request and completes it within 30 days. Until then you can keep playing, and you can cancel the request from the same place.
What we delete. Your hero, progress, items and gold; your name, profile and chat messages; your guild membership; and the X or Discord accounts you linked.
What we keep. Deposit, withdrawal and payment records and security records, for as long as accounting and fraud prevention require. Anything on the blockchain stays there: no one can delete it.
Withdraw first. $AFKHERO, SOL and items still in the account when it is deleted are lost and cannot be restored.
